"A sour car insurance agent manipulates the lack of transparency in the process to their advantage, consistently overcharging you far beyond the standard rates every month. They exploit the complexity of the situation, ensuring you pay more than necessary while offering no clear explanation or justification for the inflated costs. When confronted about overcharging for an unused policy, they refuse to issue refunds, dismissing any sense of accountability. Their approach is marked by eagerness to collect payments but an utter lack of courtesy or professionalism when it comes to addressing their mistakes. Instead of correcting their errors, they prioritize retaining the money they unjustly acquired, leaving you cheated and undervalued as a customer. It was much more important for them to take the money than to leave me satisfied as a customer. Their facade is evident in their opacity to issue refund on unused premiums."
